At Cookie Tabs, all of our treats are baked fresh to order with love and care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction means the world to us. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • A photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and do our best to offer a solution — whether it’s a replacement, credit, or partial refund (where applicable).

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has left our kitchen.
  • We cannot issue refunds for missed pickups or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
