Q: When do you ship my order?
A: We ship every Wednesday to ensure your cookies arrive fresh and delicious! 🍪 Since our treats are perishable, we avoid weekend transit delays — this helps us make sure your order doesn’t get stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed after Tuesday at 12PM PST will ship out the following Wednesday. Thank you for your patience — it’s worth the wait!

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: We bake fresh and process orders within 2–4 business days after payment. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Q: Can I get local delivery or pickup?
A: Yes! We offer local delivery within Lompoc/Santa Maria, CA for a small fee, plus free local pickup by appointment. We’ll contact you after your order to arrange details.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We sometimes offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned!

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: We carefully package every order, but once it’s with the carrier, we’re not responsible for loss or damage. Please contact us ASAP if your order arrives damaged or is missing, and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Please double-check your address before checkout. We can’t change the address once the order is processed.
